Frontier

Frontier has repeatedly ignored our clearly posted “No Soliciting” sign. On two separate occasions, their sales representatives have come to our house, knocked loudly on the door, rang the doorbell, and even activated our Ring doorbell despite the sign being plainly visible in our yard. We are not interested in Frontier’s services, and this aggressive door-to-door approach has become frustrating and intrusive. A “No Soliciting” sign should be respected. If a homeowner wants information about your internet service, they’ll reach out themselves. The constant interruptions have left a very negative impression of the company, and this experience has only reinforced our decision not to use Frontier.

I would not recommend Frontier based on how their door-to-door sales team has handled themselves in our neighborhood. They recently installed new fiber lines in the area, and since then the sales approach has been overly aggressive. We already have Optimum service and it works very well, but the Frontier reps tried to sell us by bad-mouthing our current provider and using the tired “all your neighbors have already signed up” line, which felt like BS and dishonest. The bigger issue is the repeated unwanted visits. We live in a no-soliciting neighborhood, yet they came to our house multiple times in two days. One visit was around 9:00 at night, when it was already dark, and my wife was home alone. Having someone show up at the door that late trying to sell internet service is completely inappropriate and honestly unsettling. Then they came back again the next night around 8:31 PM. Good service should be able to sell itself. Harassing people at their homes, ignoring no-soliciting rules, and showing up after dark is not professional. Frontier needs to get control of its sales crews and stop this kind of behavior.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share it. This airline provides some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have traveled extensively, including in developing countries, and have never experienced service this poor. The staff at the Houston front desk were indifferent, unhelpful, and seemed completely unconcerned about their customers' needs or concerns. If customer service matters to you, I strongly recommend AVOIDING this airline. Based on my experience, I would NOT fly with them again. I DON'T recommend this careless airline.

They rake you over the coals with their price when you get it and when you leave it. They will screw you over in the way out despite being required to move to an area they dont cover. Years of service with them dont matter as they will force you through a drawn out process of reading off new deals that you 'could have if you stay with them' only for them to have said they dont service where you move to. Save yourself the pain, go with someone else.

This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I am an existing Frontier customer and scheduled a move of my service two weeks ago. I received a confirmation number, but when I followed up, they had no record of my request. I called again a week later and had to start from scratch, only for that order to also disappear from their system. Today, I took a full day off work for my installation appointment. No one showed up. No call, no notification—nothing. When I contacted customer service (again), I was told that my order had been lost for a third time. After spending over 90 minutes on the phone, they still could not schedule a new installation. At that point, I canceled my service. To add insult to injury, they charged me a $50 equipment return processing fee after all of this. This company completely wasted my time, failed at the most basic level of service, and showed zero accountability. I would not recommend Frontier to anyone.
